Specializing in people, we create the highest-quality family heirlooms for our clients. Known for one-of-a-kind portrait art, we capture the personal qualities in each person to create artwork that quickly becomes priceless.

Our studio is located in Duluth, MN and includes space large enough to accommodate groups up to 35. Our team includes two professionally trained photographers with 40+ combined years of experience. We masterfully create timeless portraits clients are excited to display and share with others.

With over 40 years in the industry, my career began at Grandmaison Studios under the training of Dan Grandmaison and Tim Slattery. I've continued to study with leaders in my field and continue with one goal: to provide an exceptional experience, and portraits you are excited to share.

I believe the camera is a powerful tool for building self-worth. A portrait has the unique ability to reflect not just how someone looks, but who they are. It can capture strength, vulnerability, joy, and authenticity; all the things that make a person feel seen. When someone views a portrait of themselves and feels recognized, valued, and beautiful, it can shift how they carry themselves in the world. That moment of recognition is what drives me.

I fell in love with the technique and creativity required in making photographs. Studying photography and media art at The Art Institutes International Minnesota, I graduated in 2012 and was awarded “best of show” in my senior exhibition.

Today, I bring that same passion, education, and experience into every session. My goal is to deliver more than beautiful images—I aim to create an uplifting experience that reminds each person of their value
